India pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah spoke about India's upcoming Test series against England recently. Bumrah claimed that playing in England is always a challenge. The 31-year-old said that he was not aware of how the Dukes balls were behaving, as they change often. He felt it would be a challenge to bowl when the ball becomes soft.
Bumrah then claimed that the 'Bazball' way of batting is interesting, and he does not understand anything about the approach. However, the Indian pacer added that the bowlers feel confident when the batters are aggressive, as there would also be a chance to get wickets and run through the batting lineup.
"Playing in England is always a different challenge. But I don't know how much the Dukes ball is doing right now because there are always constant changes to the ball. But the weather, the swinging conditions. And then when the ball becomes soft, there's always a challenge. So I always look forward to playing in England," said Bumrah on Michael Clarke's Beyond23 YouTube channel.
"They're playing an interesting style of cricket which is interesting because I don't really understand it too much. But as a bowling unit, we always feel confident that when the batters are being ultra-aggressive, on a given day, anybody could run through and get wickets," Bumrah added.

It is tough for any individual to keep playing everything for so long: Bumrah
The unorthodox pacer claimed it to be tough for a fast bowler to have a long career. While Bumrah agreed that he has been playing at the highest level for a fairly long time, he understood that it would not be possible to forever be fit and available for the team. He felt it became important to selectively play matches with age.
