An estimated sum of a phenomenal INR 30 crore is set to be announced for each of the state cricket association.

According to reports in Cricbuzz, "Although it is their entitlement, the state units have been told that INR 30 crore will be credited to their accounts as part of their share. The share of the North East and new states may vary a little but all the members of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) are in for a major windfall."

Thus, there has been a significant rise in the hosting fees of some of the prestigious domestic tournaments like the Col CK Nayadu Trophy, Cooch Behar Trophy, and, the Vijay Merchant Trophy. The match day hosting fees of all the said tournaments have gone up from INR 1,00,000 all the way to 1,75,000.
