England and team India will lock horns in the second semi-finals of the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 on November 10, Thursday at the Adelaide Oval. The venue is one place the Three Lions are familiar with as the side seven years ago faced a shock defeat at the hands of Bangladesh in the 2015 Cricket World Cup at the same place.

Since then, the narrative has changed for the English side and for good! England have built about a formidable side and that has been reflected well in the World Cup this edition Down Under. Skipper Jos Butter has all eyes on the prize as he opined that he yearns for 'tangibles' considering their current style of play.

"I think we all want to win things, [we] certainly don't want to be a team that just says we played a great style of cricket. You want to have tangible things that you have achieved throughout that, as well,” said Buttler on the eve of the semi-final clash against India at Adelaide as quoted by Cricbuzz.

"Getting to the semi-finals and final, the big prize is obviously standing there with the trophy at the end of the game, and that's what we all want to achieve. But we know that the way we play is going to give us the best chance of doing that," he added.

The skipper further said that the pressure would be slightly less as the side has already felt the air of what a knockout fixture feels like ahead of the last four fixture.

"We've played in two must-win games just before this, as well, so we're used to that feeling of being in knockout cricket already. So, we feel that we've gained some good confidence from those matches. The team feels in a really good space, and everyone is really excited for what's going to be a great night," Buttler added.
