“We've probably not seen the very best of a collective performance from the Royals. I thought it was beautifully put that they have just found a way to win," Morgan said.

Rajasthan Royals have been in brilliant form in the ongoing season of the IPL (Indian Premier League) 2024. With six wins in seven matches, Royals lead the points table of the tournament, sitting in first place. The side recently registered an iconic win at the Eden Gardens against Kolkata Knight Riders.
Aiming to chase down a total of 224 runs, it was the heroics of Jos Buttler that propelled the side to a win. Staying unbeaten on a score of 107 runs, Buttler ensured that RR defeated KKR by two wickets.
Seeing their brilliant form, former England cricketer Eoin Morgan came forward to opine that RR should look to maintain their longevity in form and maintain their position in the standings.
“That would be suggested with the points table, but it's actually extremely important the mentality that they take into the rest of the group stage games because, yes, they have 1 foot in the playoffs really want to focus on the longevity of the performance and becoming even more well-rounded side,” Morgan was quoted as saying by IndiaToday.
We've probably not seen the very best of a collective performance: Morgan
Furthermore, the former England skipper reflected on how Rajasthan Royals have not yet showcased a collective performance as a unit, and if that can be seen in the upcoming matches, the side’s chances of going all the way would be even stronger.
“We've probably not seen the very best of a collective performance from the Royals. I thought it was beautifully put that they have just found a way to win. They have found to be the better dog in the fight on most nights,” Morgan said.
“Today is another instance of that, and it's a great attribute to have. But if you start thinking you're ahead of the game, complacency creeps in, and it becomes infectious if it gets into the camp, so important that they stick to the process looking forward,” he added.
