This week’s episode of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ promises to be a cricketing delight, featuring Indian head coach Gautam Gambhir, Rishabh Pant, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Abhishek Sharma. Hosted by Kapil Sharma, the Netflix series blends humour with candid moments which offer fans a rare glimpse of cricketers off the pitch.

The promo opens with Kapil teasing Gambhir about giving the team "permission" to have fun on the show, to which Gambhir wittily replies that instead he needs permission from the young cricketers. After that, it follows a fun mix of dugout-style banter and light-hearted exchanges, as each cricketer reveals their unique brand of comedy. Former Indian opener, often perceived as serious on the field, surprised the audiences with his sharp comic timing.

Indian Test vice-captain Pant was also seen at his jovial best, coming up with cheeky responses and witty remarks which drew laughter from both the audience and host Kapil. Chahal joined in with his trademark banter, and the chemistry between him and Pant lit up the trailer of the episode. The youngster Abhishek also brought composed yet candid energy in the laughter chaos.

Part of the show's cast, Krushna Abhishek and Kiku Sharda reprised their roles as the iconic glam duo Sona and Mona to add a dose of extra madness. Their quirky costumes and over-the-top acting is known to deliver wild laughter and entertainment.

The major highlight of the episode is the return of Sunil Grover as Manjot Singh Sidhu, a flamboyant spoof of a familiar face. He was dressed in exaggerated attire and delivering classic ‘Sidhu-isms’.

The episode is set to stream on Netflix this Saturday and promises an abundance of laughter-filled treat for fans of both cricket and comedy.
