Ace India and Royal Challengers Bengaluru batter Virat Kohli was part of an event in Mumbai in which he candidly spoke about his love for the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Kohli has been a constant part of RCB ever since the inaugural edition of the IPL.

He expressed that he has been welcomed with great warmth at most venues he has played at. However, Kohli reserved special praise for the Chinnaswamy, which he termed as a "very special" ground for him.

"To be very honest, I have received a lot of support in most places I have played in and the fans have been truly amazing. But I think the ground which really stands out for me, of course the Chinnaswamy at Bengaluru. Yeah, that ground will always be very special for me," stated Kohli at the Asian Paints event.
