MPL 2025: June 17 Match Preview

The sixth MPL 2025 triple-header will be played at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium on Tuesday, June 17.

Ratnagiri Jets will take on Kolhapur Tuskers to kickstart proceedings. The night game of June 13's triple-header was washed out owing to incessant rainfall. Ratnagiri will take on the same opposition in the morning clash. Both sides have won a couple of games so far.

They will then play Puneri Bappa in the clash which was originally scheduled from before. Puneri Bappa have won three games, lost two, and have had two no-results. They have the best net run rate out of all the teams this season.

Raigad Royals and Satara Warriors will square off against each other in the third contest of the day. The Rushabh Rathod-led outfit have won and lost thrice. Satara, who lost their tournament opener against Raigad by 24 runs, will take on the same opposition again.

All three games will take place at the same venue as before. The surface is usually good for batting, and spinners are expected to gain a bit of purchase off the deck. Batting is expected to get easier by the progression of the day.
