#2 Severus Snape – MS Dhoni

Severus-Snape-MS-Dhoni

He might be Alan Rickman for his family members, but people like to remember him as Severus Snape in the Harry Potter series, the head of the Slytherin house and one of the finest incognito characters film industry has ever seen. MS Dhoni is another one of those personalities who remain quite silent, but he will do his job with perfection and utmost sincerity.

Severus Snape was a hero in disguise and the moment when Potter Heads heard about his love for Lilly Potter (Harry’s mother), Severus became the most loved character after receiving so much hatred over the years.

What makes Dhoni and Severus Snape similar? Their unconditional love is something that stands out. Dhoni served the country tremendously for over a decade and he silently retired from Tests, without expecting a farewell.

Severus loved Lilly unconditionally and despite James Potter marrying her, he kept protecting them in every way possible. He also had to kill the greatest mentor of his life, Albus Dumbledore, only to win over Voldemort and understand his weaknesses.

The sacrifices these men made to achieve their goals makes them truly phenomenal. Both Dhoni and Severus are genius in their own way. Whilst MSD is a master tactician, Severus managed to hide his true self from the world giving us no clue whatsoever.

Although Alan Rickman is no more, he remains alive in the fans’ hearts as “The Half Blood Prince”.
