Several cricketers, current and former, queued up to wish Sachin Tendulkar on his 46th birthday.

For nearly two and a half decades, Sachin Tendulkar has been one of the biggest icons in the cricketing world and continues to be one. He is one of the finest batsmen the sport has ever witnessed and has got several laurels to his name. Sachin is the first ever cricketer to receive the prestigious Bharat Ratna award and has turned 46 on 24th April 2019.

The cricketer, who has got over 34,000 international runs, last represented the country in 2013. Even though it’s been so long since he has retired, Sachin Tendulkar continues to have one of the largest fan bases which are higher than many of the current cricketers as well. Post his retirement, the ‘Master Blaster‘ has served as a Rajya Sabha MP.

Moreover, he has taken part in several social initiatives and has been making the most of his post-retirement life. He is a keen follower of the Indian cricket and puts up social media posts for the special performers. Apart from cricket, Sachin has also been promoting various other sports. The former cricketer is the mentor of the IPL franchise Mumbai Indians and has been one of the strongest pillars of the team.

Apart from the fans, current and former cricketers also wished Sachin on his birthday. Suresh Raina, Mayank Agarwal, Jasprit Bumrah amongst many others took it to their social media platforms to pour in the wishes. They hailed him as one of the most humble and grounded human beings.
