The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. Mithali Raj, the India women’s legend, posted an adorable picture along with her brother. Brendon McCullum, the former New Zealand cricketer, posted a photo where his daily exercise routine was mentioned. Kainat Imtiaz, the Pakistan women’s cricketer, posted a collage of three pictures where she gave cute expressions. In the meantime, India got ready for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call of lighting candles. On April 3, the PM asked the citizens of India to switch off lights and then use torchlight, candles to thank the doctors for their support in crisis.

In India, the coronavirus pandemic has accounted for the lives of 77 and the numbers are expected to go up even further.
