Cricketing Trends on Social Media today

The cricketing trends on social media revolves around a number of events. Zimbabwe cricketer Sikandar Raza posted a picture with his teammates and looked in a jolly mood. Ishant Sharma is currently busy recovering from an ankle injury that he suffered during the 2019-20 edition of the Ranji Trophy. He tripped over while appealing and that has made him unsure for the upcoming Test series against New Zealand, starting February 21 at the Basin Reserve in Wellington. Pakistan fast bowler Aamer Yamin is all geared up to play in the 2020 edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Tammy Beaumont, the right-handed England batswoman, is geared to play in the 2020 edition of the T20 World Cup in Australia. Irfan Pathan was over the moon after Jammu and Kashmir made their way through to the knockouts of the Ranji Trophy. Irfan is one of their mentors, who has worked tirelessly with the team over the past few months. Fawad Alam congratulated former Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi, who became a parent.

So excited to be taking part in my 5th T20 World Cup with @englandcricket and it felt like a great time to look back over @icc T20 World Cups over the years! Enjoy the throwback to some terrible shots and even worse headshots! Including.. The highs and lows of West Indies 2018 from winning the semi final to tears after losing the final. The start of the turnaround in my cricketing career in India 2016 having been in and out the team for years it was the first time I played every game or contributed at all on the pitch.
