The cricketing trends on social media this Saturday were lurking around players’ vacations, them preparing for the World Cup and the two International tours that are happening in Ireland and England. Bangladesh secured a sensational win in the Tri-series final win at Dublin against Windies and are heading to the homeland of cricket with great confidence.
England, on the other hand, are not treating the visiting nation Pakistan with any respect on the field. In the three completed matches in the series, the lowest score has been 340, which explains how high-scoring an affair it has been. The English managed to out-score the Men in Green pretty much every time, earning them a 3-0 lead in the series.
Jason Roy had a bad 24 hours prior to the 4th ODI with his daughter getting admitted in the hospital. He didn’t get to sleep all night but came up trumps with the bat, scoring a sensational hundred. The internet is sending him all the love and respect possible and he too reciprocated with a brilliant tweet. England will next be taking on Pakistan on Sunday for one final time before the World Cup warm-up games begin.
World Cup has been the biggest talking point all over the globe right now. Indian all-rounder Kedar Jadhav has been declared fit for the upcoming tournament, much to the delight of the Indian spectators. The Indian World Cup contingent consisting of 15 players will be heading to the United Kingdom on 22nd and will be playing their first Warm-up match on 25th.
