Cricketing trends on social media today

The trends in the cricketing world on social media revolved around two main occasions. The first is the birthday of Pakistan cricketer Umar Akmal. Akmal turned 31 today, and several Pakistan cricketers have taken to social media to wish the batsman.

While Ahmad Shehzad wished good for Akmal and his family, Wahab Riaz wished Akmal a good day. The second occasion that hogged the limelight on social media is Buddha Purnima. The likes of Virender Sehwag, Rahul Sharma, and Kusal Mendis have extended their Buddha Purnima greetings to the world.
