The cricketing trends on the social media revolved around the second T20 International between India and Australia at the popular M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore. The home team, captained by the enigmatic Virat Kohli, made three changes and Subramaniam Badrinath reckons that the Indian team is focussing on three aspects- rest, management and opportunity for the young players.
KL Rahul scored an incredible half-century in Visakhapatnam and he turned up with another whirlwind knock of 47 runs from 26 balls in the second game. His knock was laced with three boundaries and four hits into the stands. In the meantime, Aakash Chopra was all praise for the Karnataka batsman after he got the decent inning under his belt. Rahul was eventually dismissed by fast bowler Nathan Coulter Nile.
All-rounder Tim Bresnan showed his eagerness to play for Yorkshire at the Headingley. Sanju Samson, the Kerala wicketkeeper-batsman, posted an adorable picture along with his wife. Women’s prodigy Jemimah Rodrigues posted the first episode of Jemi’s Bouncers and she interviewed Jhulan Goswami and Shikha Pandey.
Hardik Pandya was ruled out of the T20I and ODI series against Aaron Finch’s Aussies due to a back injury and he shared a video where he can be seen working his heart out in the gymnasium. Retired Englishman Matt Prior congratulated Alastair Cook after the latter was crowned with a knighthood.

I know they are playing around with team selection with WC in mind, but this has to be the weakest bowling attack seen for a while, with Krunal & Vijay Shankar as two of the five bowlers.#INDvsAUS
