The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. Roger Federer, the legendary tennis star from Switzerland celebrated his 38th birthday. The entire sporting fraternity wished the maestro on the auspicious occasion. Ajinkya Rahane, the Indian batsman, once had the privilege of meeting the legend. He posted a heartfelt picture with Federer, hailing him for his calmness and never give up attitude. Babar Azam has been in blistering form for Somerset in the ongoing T20 Blast in England.
He is currently the leading run-scorer and Pakistan veteran Mohammad Hafeez was very happy for him. The cricket team’s central contract was released today and Hafeez couldn’t find a place in any of the categories. Babar has been put into Category A along with Sarfaraz Ahmed and Yasir Shah. Stephan Myburgh was geared up before Netherlands’ final T20I against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at The Hague. The hosts have already lost the series after slumping to defeats in the first three encounters.
Jofra Archer posted a link on his official YouTube Channel. With James Anderson getting ruled out there’s a chance for Archer to get into the playing eleven for the Lord’s Test against Australia. Ravi Bopara was a delighted lot after picking up a couple of wickets against Somerset, though his spell came in a losing cause. Kane Williamson, the New Zealand skipper, turned 29 and he was showered with wishes on the special day. Shikhar Dhawan posted a picture to wish the Black Caps captain.
Brendon McCullum expressed gratitude after the love he got from people. Earlier Baz announced his retirement from all forms of cricket after the ongoing Global T20 Canada where he is playing for the Toronto Nationals.

13. Virat Kohli working hard
Always take more time to get the technique right before wanting to take the weight up. Same exercise 3 years apart, regular work & constantly focusing on technique has improved my mobility & full body strength too. So always be patient with learning something new. ???? ???? pic.twitter.com/5z76VZSdXE
