The Tigers took on West Delhi Lions in their previous match and made 138 runs for the loss of eight wickets in 20 overs. Vaibhav Rawal made 64 runs off 50 deliveries and was the highest scorer for the team. The Lions made 61 runs for the loss of two wickets in 7.1 overs before the match was interrupted due to rain. The Lions won the match by 15 runs by the DLS method.

The Strikers took on Central Delhi Kings in their last match and elected to bowl. The Kings made 197 runs for the loss of seven wickets. Harshit Rana and Arjun Rapria took three wickets each. Sarthak Ranjan and Arnav Bugga added 85 runs for the first wicket for the Strikers. Ranjan made a half-century, while Bugga scored 43 runs off just 13 deliveries. Vaibhav Kandpal had a decent outing as well and made 34 runs off 21 deliveries. No other batter managed to make more than 20 runs for the team. The Strikers finished with 182 runs for the loss of nine wickets and lost the match by 15 runs.
