India will be looking to enter the semi-finals on a high with yet another victory and with a possibility of finishing at the top of the points table. They will face Sri Lanka who they have thrashed at home and away starting from 2011. Sri Lanka had their moments in the tournament; a close win against Afghanistan, beating the hosts England and a thriller against the Windies in the previous fixture. They will be hoping to finish the tournament with another win in what would be last World Cup match of Lasith Malinga.

99 – Jasprit Bumrah has taken 99 wickets from 56 matches in his ODI career. He needs one more wicket for 100 scalps in ODI cricket and will be the 2nd fastest from India after Mohammad Shami (56 ODIs).

In five ODI innings over this period, Rohit scored 656 runs while batting first with help of three tons and a fifty. Rohit also scored two double hundreds including the World record ODI score of 264.
