Newcomer Rishabh Pant is expected to have a look in. The teenaged southpaw has been in tremendous form in the domestic circuit and has scored heaps of runs in the T20 format. He can play all around the wicket and has all the big shots at his disposal. Pant was also the highest run scorer for India in the U-19 World Cup in Bangladesh.

He smashed a record-breaking century against Nepal and followed it up with another century against Namibia to help India qualify for the Semifinals. His century came on the same day when he was bought by the Delhi Daredevils for a whopping 1.8 crore from a base price of 10 lakhs. He again made the headlines in the Ranji Trophy where he smashed a triple century against Maharashtra and followed it up with a 48 ball century against Jharkhand.

Given his reputation of playing the big shots, he is expected to picked in the Playing XI for the 2nd T20I.
