Virat Kohli was just 24 years old back in 2012. He was just establishing himself as a Test cricketer after a fine run in Australia. But, he only managed to score 188 runs in seven outings of which 103 runs came in just one inning.

Now, six years later, he is proving to be one of the finest batsmen the world has ever come across. He holds numerous records to his name and has achieved many laurels. He is the skipper of the Indian team across all the three formats and has had a successful stint thus far.

Pragyan Ojha was creating ripples in Test cricket with his performances at that point in time. He was competing equally well with Ravichandran Ashwin. He got to 100 Test wickets in just 22 games. Also, with 20 scalps in the series, he was the joint highest wicket-taker in that series.

However, he has then had problems aplenty. Ojha’s bowling action was reported and hence, he had to modify it. But, he hardly managed to make an impact with the remodelled action. Ojha moved to Bengal from Hyderabad on request of Sourav Ganguly. Then, he came back and played for Hyderabad and is currently representing Bihar.

India was in the hunt for the few good fast bowlers at that time. With most of the seniors either retiring or failing to do well, they had to look for other option and Dinda was one among them. However, he failed to make it to the final cut in all the four games.

With failures in limited-overs cricket as well, he was expelled out of the Indian team. He played for the Rising Pune Supergiant team in their first season of the IPL. Dinda continues to play domestic cricket for Bengal and has represented the team in more than 100 first-class games. However, his chances of making a comeback to the Indian team look grim.
