D&#8217;Arcy Short, the little dynamite from Australia appeared as a huge T20 prospect after a very successful Big Bash League season of 2017-18 and the T20 tri-series involving England New Zealand and as such was thrown into the auction. The southpaw, in recent times, has been in a scintillating form. In the List A match against Queensland, he made 257 runs, milking a record 23 sixes.

In the process, he also created the record for the highest List A individual score. Short was bagged by Rajasthan Royals for a very good amount of INR 4 crore.
