Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Delhi Daredevils (DD) will lock horns in the 6th match of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) in Jaipur. The Royals are coming back at their fortress after a long gap of 1794 days and even they are expecting to win the way they Chennai Super Kings won it the last night. But it is important for them to put the perfect team combination in the middle. However, the most important thing for the hosts would be the weather to hold on to stage a full game on the day.

Both RR and DD are coming into this match after facing crushing defeats at the hands of Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Kings XI Punjab (KXIP). While it was the batting which let down the Royals, Delhi bowlers were hammered all over the park by KL Rahul and Karun Nair. It would be an interesting battle to witness as one of the teams will get on board surely. As of now, it seems that it will be a tough ask for Daredevils to breach the fortress of their opposition.

Will it rain in Jaipur?

According to Accu Weather, there will be thunderstorms around 2 PM in the afternoon with the chances of rain being 47 to 50 percent between 1 PM and 3 PM. Currently, it is partly sunny in the Pink City of India with the temperatures hovering around 37 Degree Celsius. However, the good news for the fans is that the rain will be not interfere for the entire duration of the game. But it will be cloudy throughout and the groundmen have to on their toes as the heavens can open up any time.

It will be a relief for the players to know that the humidity will not even cross 30 percent as the atmosphere will also be on cool with the temperatures in the range of 30-32 Degree Celsius.

Overall Verdict: There is rain around with thunderstorms in the lead up to the game but it will be clear by the time the match starts with a decent cloud cover. A passing shower during the game is a grim possibility as well.
