The Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals warmed up ahead of the big week where they will be playing crucial matches deciding their playoffs chances. Both the teams won their respective games on Saturday by 5-wicket margins at home with their skippers ending up as the player of the match with unbeaten fifties. These two sides will lock horns in the game on Monday at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. DC, with six wins from ten matches, need at least two wins hereon to finish in the top four for the first time in seven seasons.

Skipper Steve Smith also averages 49.5 against Delhi in the IPL having scoring 98 runs in four innings.


956Ajinkya Rahane needs 44 more runs to become the 1st player to aggregate 1000 runs in the IPL at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium. When Rahane gets those 44 runs, he will be the 13th player to score 1000 IPL runs at a venue. He scored those 956 runs in 32 innings at an average of 35.41 with seven fifties.

Rahane also needs 82 more runs to complete 3000 runs in the Twenty20 format for Rajasthan Royals. He scored 2918 runs in T20s for RR across 101 matches thus far.
