The UAE leg of IPL 2021 has just kicked off and teams are putting in their best to make the second leg a gala affair for them. Virat Kohli-led RCB were placed at the third position on the points table ahead of their opening clash but their game against KKR turned to be another terrible story for them. They underwent a batting collapse and got reduced to just 92 runs in 19 overs.

There was nothing much left for KKR to capitalize and they won the game by nine wickets in just 10 overs. However, now if RCB want to come back to their winning ways this season and lift their maiden trophy, they will have to make certain changes ahead of their next clash. As they next play against three-time champions CSK, let’s take a look at-

Changes RCB should make to get back to winning ways

1. Giving an over to Wanindu Hasaranga in Power Play

It is known that RCB have roped in Hasaranga in their ranks ahead of the UAE leg of IPL to replace Adam Zampa. And since conditions there support leg spinners big time, he might be their key bowler in the next game against CSK.

The next game is all set to take place at Sharjah and the pitch likely assists spinners a lot there. Therefore, giving an over or two to Hasaranga in power-play may help RCB get some big fish in their hands.

Hasaranga was called up by the RCB after his impressive performance against India during their limited-overs series in July. If he is able to replicate his wonders with RCB as well, it will be a huge boost for the team.
