After escaping with a narrow victory against Punjab Kings, Rajasthan Royals are all set to take on the table-toppers Delhi Capitals. While Rajasthan is very much on the hunt for a playoff spot, Delhi has almost confirmed it with their seventh win. They won their first game in the UAE leg beating Sunrisers Hyderabad in Dubai. As these two teams clash, fans will have an eye out for the fantasy points.

Here are three players to avoid in your fantasy team for the match between Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals:

  1. Yashaswi Jaiswal

The left-handed batter from Mumbai played a gem of a knock against Punjab Kings. Opening the batting with Evin Lewis, there were times when he looked in far more control of the situation. However, he is an inexperienced player at this level.

Facing Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje wouldn’t be the easiest of jobs as far as the youngster is concerned. On top of it, there are chances that Delhi might open the bowling with Ravichandran Ashwin as Rajasthan has two left-handed openers. Facing a quality spinner like Ashwin, won’t be easy for the youngster either.

  1. Chris Morris

Chris Morris had a lot of pressure on him in the first half of the IPL 2021, considering his auction fees. However, after receiving huge paychecks for more than one season now, it seemed that the South African has gotten used to the pressure. His performances were quite good.

However, after the first half was called off indefinitely, Morris didn’t play a single game. His CPL stint also didn’t go ahead. In the first game on his return to the Royals’, he seemed completely out of sync. His bowling was wayward and the inconsistency which has previously harmed him seems to be back. His contribution can also be limited considering how Rajasthan uses him.

  1. Shimron Hetmyer

Shimron Hetmyer was preferred over Steve Smith in the Delhi Capitals XI in the first game of the UAE leg. It was kind of expected given the variety that he provides. Once the decision of batting Rishabh Pant at No. 4 was taken, it was only obvious Hetmyer was going to play at No. 5, as he is a better suit.

But his form has been indifferent and inconsistent in recent times. That has also made him in and out of the West Indies XI. He is ideally suited at No. 3, but batting lower down the order reduces the contribution and makes him less likely to get a big score.
