IPL 2021, Match 40: SRH vs RR, Stats Preview: Player records and approaching milestones

We are in the business end of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 and the fight for the playoffs has become intense. The 40th match of the competition will see Sunrisers Hyderabad locking horns with Rajasthan Royals at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai. As SRH have already been knocked out of the playoff race, they have nothing but pride to play for in their remaining fixtures.

On the other hand, RR, who are holding the penultimate position, still have a good chance to finish among the final four. However, a couple of defeats would make things difficult for them. Hence, they must put their best foot forward in their upcoming fixtures. Notably, RR have many areas to work upon as they suffered a humiliating 33-run defeat against Delhi Capitals in their last outing.

Chasing 155 at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, the Men in Pink lost wickets at regular intervals and never really looked in the hunt.
