2. Ruturaj Gaikwad (CSK)
IPL 2022 did not start on a good note for CSK opener Ruturaj Gaikwad. Last year’s orange cap holder was seen struggling with his form. He has managed to score only two runs in the first three outings which sums up Chennai Super Kings’ campaign so far in IPL 2022.
However, Gaikwad is known to be a slow starter and he picks up the pace once the tournament gets rolling. The management also backs his abilities and it is only time that the Maharashtra-born cricketer hits the purple patch. CSK will also hope Gaikwad hits the form when the defending champions lock horns with SRH.
