Liam Livingstone’s reputation as a big-hitter was cemented on the international stage when he smacked a sensational 42-ball century against Pakistan in 2021. His century incidentally is the fastest by an Englishman in T20Is. The Punjab Kings secured his services for a hefty price of INR 11.50 crore in the IPL 2022 auction.

The power-hitter had two disappointing stints with Rajasthan without having much of an impact in the tournament. But the batting all-rounder hit the ground running for PBKS this season as he ended up with 437 runs to his name at an impressive strike rate of 182.

Livingstone‘s humongous 117-meter six against Gujarat Titans was one of the highlights of the tournament this year. The all-rounder was quite handy with the ball as he had six wickets to his name. The attacking batter also hit the 1000th six of IPL 2022, a landmark befitting to his style of play this year.
