The fifth match of the Indian Premier League 2022 is all set to take place between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals at MCA, Pune. Both the teams have had success once under their belts and would be keen on grabbing the silverware yet again. Kane Williamson, who was retained ahead of the mega auction, has the charge of the Orange Army as the franchise could be seen trusting him since last year’s edition only.

However, things wouldn’t be easy for them as they let go of their most successful campaigner David Warner, as things between him and the franchise were not seen on smooth lines for a long time. SRH wouldn’t even have the services of star spinner Rashid Khan and this is again one department that would raise concerns for them. Talking in terms of Rajasthan, they will be led by flamboyant batter Sanju Samson whose only concern hovers around his consistency.

However, having acquired star pacer Trent Boult, spinners in the form of Yuzvendra Chahal and Ravi Ashwin, RR’s bowling attack looks all set to demolish teams on the day. If their top and middle-orders, including the likes of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Devdutt Padikkal fire a bit, things would be very easy for  Sanju Samson and his men on March 29.

The conditions at MCA stadium, Pune have been known for supporting batters and spinners as the game progresses. Chasing teams have had an advantage here and hence, the captain winning the toss might want his men to bowl first. No precipitation is expected at the venue on match day and the temperature would hover around 33 Degrees C.
