Jasprit Bumrah reacts to wife Sanjana Ganesan's instagram post

The previous month, India’s pace sensation Jasprit Bumrah was all over the news as he tied the knot with sports anchor Sanjana Ganesan. The couple entered wedlock in a private ceremony hosted on 14 and 15 March in Goa. The entire wedding ceremonies were conducted in a secretive manner as the fans were unaware of the name of the bride of Bumrah till the cricketer himself posted his wedding pictures on his official Instagram handle. 

However, just a few days after the wedding, the couple had to split owing to their professional commitments. While Sanjana joined Star Sports bio-bubble as one of the presenters for the ongoing 14th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), Jasprit Bumrah is plying his trade for the IPL franchise Mumbai Indians (MI).

Though the two are far away from each other owing to their work commitments, they have a focal point of discussion among the fans. The couple trends on Twitter every now and then owing to their mushy and cute comments on one another’s post. On Thursday, April 23, the power couple again left the fans swooning as they were indulged in a love-filled conversation on Instagram.

Sanjana took to her official Instagram handle to post a picture of her posing happily, The sports presenter captioned the photo as, “find good light, take great photos.”

The picture caught the attention of her husband and right-arm seamer Jasprit Bumrah too as he reacted with two heart emojis. The photo by Sanjana soon became viral as the fans showered love on the post in the form of likes and comments.

Jasprit Bumrah in IPL 2021

Jasprit Bumrah is plying his trade for the five-time champion Mumbai Indians in the ongoing T20 Extravaganza. The pacer has been the backbone of MI’s bowling line-up and has delivered many match-winning performances for the team. However, Bumrah is yet to weave his magic in IPL 2021. In four matches, the 27-year-old has picked just four wickets at an average of 25.00.

As far as the performance of the Mumbai Indians is concerned, they are experiencing a decent run as they have won two out of their four league games at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
