India cricket stalwarts KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya recently attended famous chat show Koffee with Karan. The past episodes of the hugely popular show always kept the fans glued to their television sets as the celebrities spilled beans on their personal lives and their take on different matters. As expected, Karan Johar, the host of the show, once again asked some interesting questions to the cricketers but in the end, some answers left a bad taste in the mouth.
Karan asked the two about their relationship, their crushes and more. One of the questions was about their sex lives and both the players made some startling admissions. Both the players revealed their personal secrets on when they lost their virginities and the answer raised quite a few eyebrows. While Rahul hilariously revealed how his mother found a condom when he was 18, Pandya said that his family was very cool when he told them about losing virginity.
“My mother found the condom. I was just about 18 and she made my father yell at me. Later, in the night he came and told me ‘I am very happy you are using it. You should be safe but there is a certain age for this’.”
Pandya, on the other hand, casually said he told his parents: ‘Aaj kar ke aaya.’ Well, Pandya might be kicking himself for revealing a bit too much in the talk show as he is facing the backlash on Twitter for his comments.
Pandya and Rahul face the heat:
The two were also slammed by the fans for another reason, choosing Virat Kohli over Sachin Tendulkar when asked to pick the better batsman between the two. While the cricketing world has still not come to a conclusion on the much-debated topic and is unlikely to find an answer to it, both the players had no hesitation whatsoever in picking Kohli over Tendulkar.
And as soon as the fans saw the show, they came out in numbers on social media to slam the two.
