Lord’s is one of the most iconic Stadium and is known as the Home of Cricket. There is something special in the venue that every cricketer loves to hit the straps at least once in his career. India opener KL Rahul also did the same and he relished the opportunity of playing at Lord’s while remembering his walk through the long room when people stand up and welcome the cricketers at the start of the day or innings.

Unfortunately, he couldn’t bail his team out of the trouble and only mustered 18 runs in both innings. Moreover, he struggled to counter the new ball which swung a lot due to the overcast conditions in London and was sent back by James Anderson. He will be keen to make a mark in the third Test at Trent Bridge with an improved performance, of course, if he plays.

Nidhi comments

KL Rahul, ahead of the third Test, posted the picture of him walking out to bat at Lord’s and relished the dream which he cherished for his whole career. He also captioned the picture with the term which depicted that the dreams are always greater than fear in the mind. While the fans were gushing over his picture, his rumoured girlfriend and the Bollywood actress Nidhhi Agerwal also commented on the post as she loved the caption given by him.

Recently, the duo was spotted together leaving an eatery in Bandra to fuel the rumours of both dating each other. No wonder that Rahul is one of the most eligible bachelors in Team India currently and his name has already been linked to a few. However, Nidhhi was quick to come out in public and quash all the speculations about them being in love. She also went on to say that they know each other for a long time and had only casually met each other in Mumbai.

As far as Rahul is concerned, he must be least bothered about all these things and will be concentrating on the upcoming Test match against England which will commence on Saturday.
