In ‌Qualifier 2 of ‌IPL 2026, Gujarat Titans (GT) will take on Rajasthan Royals (RR). Gujarat Titans had an outstanding run ‌this season as they finished second in the points table in the group stage. However, they suffered a 92-run defeat against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Qualifier 1. Batting first, Bengaluru posted a huge total of 254 runs; in response, Gujarat were all out for just 162. Despite the loss, Rahul Tewatia delivered a solid performance with 68 runs, while Jos Buttler contributed 29 off 11 deliveries. Among the bowlers, Jason Holder stood out as an impact player, picking up two wickets for 39 runs in his four overs.

On the other hand, the Rajasthan Royals have also been in excellent form and secured their place in Qualifier 2 with a 47-run win over Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Eliminator. Batting first, Rajasthan posted an impressive total of 243 runs. In response, the Sunrisers were restricted to 196 runs. RR received a superb contribution from their batting unit, with Vaibhav Sooryavanshi playing a brilliant knock of 97 runs off just 29 balls.

While Dhruv Jurel added a valuable 50 runs. Moreover, Jofra Archer shine with the ball, delivering a match-winning spell of three wickets for 58 runs. Meanwhile, Ravindra Jadeja, Nandre Burger, and Sushant Sharma chipped in with two wickets each.
