In the final of ‌IPL 2026, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will take on Gujarat Titans (GT). They further strengthened their title credentials with a dominant 92-run victory over the Gujarat Titans in Qualifier 1. Batting first, RCB posted a massive total of 254 runs before bowling Gujarat out for just 162.

In the batting department, Rajat Patidar led the charge with a brilliant knock of 93, while Virat Kohli and Krunal Pandya contributed valuable innings of 43 runs each. With the ball, Jacob Duffy was the standout performer, returning impressive figures of 3/39 from his four overs. Meanwhile, the Gujarat Titans have also had an outstanding campaign, finishing second in the league-stage standings. Although they suffered a defeat against RCB in Qualifier 1, they responded strongly by securing a convincing seven-wicket win over Rajasthan Royals in Qualifier 2.

Chasing a challenging target of 215, Gujarat comfortably reached the total in 18.4 overs after Rajasthan Royals had posted 214 runs. Their top order once again delivered a match-winning performance, with Shubman Gill smashing 104 off just 53 balls, while Sai Sudharsan provided excellent support with 58 runs.

On the bowling front, Jason Holder emerged as the pick of the bowlers with figures of 2/27 in his four overs, while Kagiso Rabada also chipped in with two crucial wickets. Having enjoyed an excellent record at their home venue, the Gujarat Titans will be eager to maintain their dominance and finish their campaign on a high note by lifting the trophy.
