Moustache or no moustache? Shahid Afridi reacts after Wasim Akram tries a new look amid his quarantine time

Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, the situation in the whole world including India and Pakistan have been quite tense in the last few days. The life-threatening virus has caused a global crisis and people are suggested to stay indoors in such trying times. More than 1 lakh people have died due to the pandemic and governments are trying their best to curb the spread of the novel COVID-19.

Moreover, the novel pandemic has put a halt to sporting scenario too as all major tournaments and matches have either been called off or postponed in the wake of the pandemic. During the isolation period, sportspersons including cricketers are left with no choice but to spend their idle time on social media. Many cricketers have increased their interaction on social media and they’ve been active in recent times to interact with their fans.

Wasim Akram sports a new look amid Coronavirus lockdown

Several cricketers have resorted to Question & Answer sessions on Twitter while some have joined the Instagram live trend. Another set of cricketers is busy uploading photos and videos for fans and one such player is former Pakistan skipper Wasim Akram. The Pakistan legend tried out the new look and shared his photo on Twitter. He recently posted photos of him with and without the moustache and asked the fans whether he should sport one.

Cricketers are trying out new things in their quarantine period and it seems like Wasim Akram has also joined the bandwagon by experimenting with his looks. Akram, who remained clean-shaven during his entire career, tried something new with his look and shared the look with his fans.

Another Pakistan stalwart reacted to Akram’s new look and complimented Akram by saying that he’ll be a star with or without his moustache look. “Moustache or no moustache you are and will remain a champion (mooch ho ya na ho aap star hee hain)!! Good to see you sweating it out, stay blessed,” wrote Afridi.
