In a world where everything seems to be a chase and there is no chill, MS Dhoni is often the one who embodies peace and simplicity. More than the cricketing achievements, the innumerable lives that he has touched describes his legacy. For someone who has played so much cricket and remained in the public attention all the time, living a normal life seems a difficult task. Well, not for Mahendra Singh Dhoni as he always loves to be in his own zone and takes pride in doing the simplest of things.

Recently, Dhoni was seen having some quality time with his old friends. The wicketkeeper-batter was spotted having lunch at a garage and it made his fans adore him even more. Dhoni seemed not to care about the ambiance and enjoyed the food with his old mates that left his followers with another reason to get overwhelmed by the simplicity of one of the legends of the game.

Dhoni was wearing camouflage T-shirts and cargo pants. He has often expressed his inclination towards the Indian Army and has found ways to serve it as and when possible. He also loves to wear the olive green uniform which everybody has witnessed in the past when he walked on to receive the Padma Bhushan award in 2018.

MS Dhoni touching millions of hearts

The fastest hands in the East, as he is termed for his extraordinary wicketkeeping skills, Dhoni has not just filled his cabinet with trophies but has walked into the lives of many who consider him as their hero. The long-haired young boy who made it to Indian cricket in 2004, changed the perceptions of the game for the better.

He has been the architect of many successful stories of Indian cricket but one remembers him for just handing over the trophy to the youngster of the team and walking off just like that, as if nothing happened. He made people believe that no matter what, the game is not over until the last ball. Thus when the fans get to see the glimpse of ‘Mahi’, they are reminded of many things he has given to both cricket and even beyond.
