The Nelson Mandela Bay Giants made a great start to the tournament having won four of the six matches they played this far including one washed-out match. The NMB team didn’t have big names in terms of making contributions solely to the team. They will be geared up for playing at the home ground that will take them close to the top of the table as they had won five of the seven matches till Saturday.

The Jozi Stars, on the other hand, have been an inconsistent team and faced difficulties in producing favourable results. They have won two of the five matches thus far with most of them being high-scoring matches. The Stars will be looking to return the favour to the NMB Giants for defeating them in the opening match of the MSL.

Match Details:

The 19th match of the Mzansi Super League will be played between Nelson Mandela Bay Giants and Jozi Stars at the St George’s Park in Port Elizabeth.

The match starts at 3:30 PM local time (1:30 PM GMT) (7:00 PM IST).

Pitch Condition/Report:

St George’s Park isn’t just any other venue in the T20 format as teams have struggled to score big runs. However, the chasing sides find it ease whenever they are in pursuit of a target less than 150. In the last eight Twenty20 games at this venue, the second batting teams won on six occasions. The two defeats came while chasing 150+ totals.
