India and New Zealand, after a rather one-sided ODI series, will lock horns in the shortest format of the game. The first of the three matches will be played on Wednesday in Wellington. There are a few new faces added to both the teams and it is expected to be a closely fought series. Trent Boult has been rested for New Zealand while Virat Kohli has also been kept away from the T20Is not for the first time.

The prospect of the two brothers Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya can finally come true in this game as both of them are the all-rounders and offer a lot to the table. The Kiwis, on the other hand, have a lot of all-rounders up their sleeves and are spoilt for choices. The likes of James Neesham, Doug Bracewell and Scott Kuggeleijn are too good to be ignored and might play this game keeping one of the spinners out.
