Rakhi Sawant takes a sly dig at Hardik Pandya for his comments on Koffee with Karan

Even after nine days of the Koffee with Karan episode airing on the Television, Hardik Pandya is facing the wrath of the public. His misogynist comments while on the show with KL Rahul has led to both the cricketers getting suspended pending an inquiry by the BCCI. With many celebrities lashing out at the duo, the Bollywood actress Rakhi Sawant has also joined the list now as she took a sly dig at Pandya.

Pandya and Rahul, in the latest update in the saga, have tendered an unconditional apology to the board for their behaviour in KWK. The six-man committee has been set-up for an inquiry as well and it remains to be seen what kind of action is taken on them. Moreover, after returning from Australia ahead of the ongoing ODI series they have been ruled out of the upcoming New Zealand tour as well.

Rakhi’s question to Hardik

Meanwhile, Rakhi Sawant was asked about the same in the recent BeWithBeti event which she attended. Rakhi cleared that she was extremely disappointed listening to such comments from a cricketer and had a funny question to ask for Hardik Pandya.

“Abhi abhi humare cricketer ne, Hardik Pandya ji ne kahan tha ki mai ladki ko peeche se dekhta hun aur agar mujhe peeche acha lagta hai toh mai jaake Maa ko bolta hun ki aaj may karke aaya hun. Mujhe bohot dukh hua yeh sunke. But Hardik Ji, kabhi kabhi ladka bhii peeche se acha dikhta hai. Toh agar ladki nahi ladka hua toh aap kya karenge?” (“Recently one of India’s cricketers Hardik Pandya said that he likes to watch the ladies from behind and if I like it then I tell at home as well that ‘I did today’. I was very much hurt after listening to it. But Hardik, sometimes even a man (boy) also looks nice from behind then what will you do?”) she said.

While almost the whole nation is lashing out at them, both Hardik and KL Rahul haven’t spoken to the media yet and it will be interesting to see when they will open up about the same.
