The big-hitting Southpaw David Miller has a knack for taking the bowlers to the cleaners with sheer ease. He is known for his smooth bat swing which generates enough power to clear just about any ground in the world. The South African made his debut aged 20, during South Africa’s tour to the West Indies.

However, it took him four years to make a mark in the national side by scoring his maiden century in the ODIs. Notably, he scored 130 against the West Indies, back in 2015. Now speaking of his past one-year journey, Miller has amassed 521 runs from 18 appearances. Moreover, during this span, the Protea averages an incredible 57.90.

Meanwhile, in the year 2023, David Miller has maintained his intensity and the hunger for runs. As a result, the left-hander has scored 232 runs so far in the six games he has played for South Africa. It has been a fruitful year with Miller averaging 58 with an emphatic strike rate of 130.33. The Protea has three fifties to his name in the current year.
