Rawalpindi Express Shoaib Akhtar reserves the best tweet for ‘bhaijan’ Salman Khan

Salman turned 53 on December 27 and the cricketing fraternity shared their wishes for the superstar as well.

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan celebrated his 53rd birthday on Thursday. The actor, who delivered several blockbusters throughout his glorious career, is one of the most popular personalities across the country. Salman has carved his own place in the fans’ heart not only with his acting but also with his humanitarian efforts.

Earlier this month, the actor topped Forbes India’s 2018 list of richest Indian celebrities with earnings amounting to Rs 253.25 crore. It was the third time in a row that Salma topped the list. The veteran star was followed by Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli with total earnings of Rs 228.09 crore.

And as soon as he turned 53, fans and celebrities from across the country showered him with birthday wishes. The cricket fraternity also did its part. Indian as well as overseas stars took to Twitter to make the day a special one for Salman. Rashid Khan, Kedar Jadhav and Suresh Raina were some of the big names who wishes Salman on his birthday.

Shoaib Akhtar wishes Salman

Ignoring the recent political tension between India and Pakistan, legendary pacer Shoaib Akhtar also wished Salman on his birthday. In fact, Akhtar made a special effort to wish the Bollywood star as he posted a video of himself wishing Salman with the caption:

“A very very happy birthday to @BeingSalmanKhan. May you continue to be the amazing person you are and keep bringing joy to people all over the world. Lots of love. See you soon. ”

In the video, Akhtar said: “Today is Salman Khan’s birthday. I am wishing you best brother. I have seen very few people as kind and good as you. Stay like that and wish you best of luck”
