The preparations are in the final phase ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) coming up next month in UAE. Players have been traveling, training, and burning themselves quite well to get into the desired forms. Amid this, star pacer Jasprit Bumrah underwent an exhausting road journey from Ahmedabad to Mumbai to unite with MI teammates.

Taking a tiring journey of around 500 Km between two states, the pacer couldn’t hide his happiness after seeing his squad. The Mumbai franchise keeps sharing the photos of their players, preparation quite often on social media, and they couldn’t keep calm when their own stunner, Jasprit Bumrah landed in the city.

Sharing news of his arrival, MI uploaded his picture on Instagram and captioned it as- “BOOM checks in! Ahmedabad to Mumbai by road. #OneFamily @jaspritb1.”

Here’s the Instagram post

Fans loved the post and started flooding it with comments in no time. However, what couldn’t escape our eyes was Rohit Sharma’s wife Ritika’s epic response to the same. She wrote, “HahHah Okay @jaspritb1 we’re going to have to work on your behind the masked smile.” Well, that shows Ritika has got some good sense of humour.

All the other team members of MI have been exerting themselves from some days to gear up for the IPL, and now Bumrah will also hit the Mumbai ground before flying for UAE in a couple of days. Amid the corona forced conditions across the nation, players were restricted inside their homes, but are now in full swing to show their class in the gulf country.

Bumrah for Mumbai Indians so far-

Leading the pace attack for Mumbai Indians, Bumrah is one of the key players in the squad. He bowled in 16 matches during the last IPL edition where he picked 19 wickets, with an economy of reasonable 6.63 runs per over. Having scalped more than 15 wickets consistently for the last four seasons in IPL, the 26-year-old is a significant member of the team.

MI is the most successful team in the tournament so far, winning four titles. Walking under the able guidance of Hitman Rohit Sharma, the squad will try lifting their 5th IPL trophy in the coming season in UAE.
