Benjamin Sleeman took one of the most awe-inspiring catches of all time on Sunday, August 11, during the Bunbury Festival, a charity tournament in England.
Sleeman, who is just 14 years old, plays for Somerset Cricket Club. The county side took their time to post the video of the epic catch on their social media handles. However, since the fans saw the spectacular fielding effort from the teenager, they have not been able to stop praising him. With so much cricket going around in this day and age, there are plenty of excellent catches that are hailed momentarily before inadvertently slipping out of the memories of the fans. However, Sleeman's effort has all the potential to stand the test of time.

However, Sleeman, placed at long-on, moved swiftly to his left put in a full-stretch dive and caught the ball with his left hand. The non-striker's reaction upon seeing the blinder shows exactly how special Sleeman's effort was. The former had his hands on his head after seeing the piece of brilliance from the young cricketer.
"Check out this INSANE catch from Cornwall’s Benjamin Sleeman at the Bunbury Festival earlier today!" Somerset wrote in the caption of the video.
