'You get great coffee in India too mate'- Dinesh Karthik gives hilarious reply to Marnus Labuschagne for showing off special baggage

Veteran wicketkeeper-batter, Dinesh Karthik, has given a hilarious reply to Marnus Labuschagne’s tweet, where the latter talked about the pain that it took for him to bring a few kilograms of coffee to India for the upcoming tour  February 9.

Taking to his official Twitter handle, Labuschagne posted an image of him carrying some coffee packets in his bag and wrote, "Just a few KG of coffee on its way to Guess how many bags?"

 While the South Africa-born cricketer’s tweet evoked mixed reactions from the netizens, it was Dinesh Karthik’s reply that stood out from the rest as he said, "You get great coffee in india too mate".

Notably, Marnus had also taken a handful of coffee packets to Pakistan last year during Australia’s all-former bilateral tour in the country.

Meanwhile, Marnus Labuschagne will be one of the batters that the Indian bowlers need to watch out for in the upcoming Test series as he is currently the top-ranked batter in the longest format. The middle-order sensation was on a roll during Australia’s last two home Test series against West Indies and South Africa and would now be looking forward to having a memorable outing on Indian soil.

Earlier, this month, the Australian Test sensation had exuded confidence in his batting abilities by saying that he would perform well against the Indian spinners in the upcoming tour. Furthermore, Labuschagne said that he was looking forward to indulging in a “game of chess” against veteran offie Ravichandran Ashwin.

The first Test match will be played in Nagpur while the other three matches will be contested in Delhi, Dharamsala and Ahmedabad. The Aussies will be eyeing their first-ever Ashes series win on Indian soil since the 2004/05 season where they had registered a comprehensive 2-1 victory under stand-in captain Adam Gilchrist.

At the same time, the Aussies will also be aiming to win the iconic Border-Gavaskar Trophy for the first time after the 2014/15 home series.
