The first ball of the third over of the Indian innings proved to be KL Rahul’s undoing in the clash between India and Pakistan. Pakistan’s left-arm seamer Shaheen Afridi bowled an absolute peach of a delivery and Rahul was left bamboozled.

Afridi bowled a delivery that pitched on off stump and came into Rahul. The right-hander was cramped for room, the ball went through the gap between bat and pad and shattered Rahul’s stumps. The 29-year-old departed for just 3 runs.

But then, there is a twist to the tale, and this twist has caught the attention of social media. Apparently, Afridi had overstepped, and the delivery that dismissed KL Rahul is actually a no-ball. However, the third umpire failed to notice this, and Twitter was not happy with it.
