The famous couple of India-Australia series grabs limelight again while rooting for RCB in IPL 2021

The 14^th edition of the Indian Premier League is on in full enthusiasm and zeal. During IPL live matches, couples also make use of the opportunity to express their emotions for their partners and this is not new in the cricket world. A similar incident happened few months before during India’s tour of Australia where an Indian guy proposed to his Australian girlfriend in front of the crowd.

During India’s second ODI against Australia, the Indian boy went on his knees to propose to his Australian partner and she accepted it immediately. They were given all the love by the crowd and even Glenn Maxwell joined their happiness while being on the field.

In the latest turn of events, a video of the same couple has surfaced on social media where the two can be seen rooting for RCB, wearing its jersey. As RCB played its first game against Mumbai in IPL 2021, the video of the same couple started doing rounds on social media and people took no time in recognizing their faces.

RCB won the opening game of IPL 2021 by two wickets

Talking about RCB, the team is still struggling to lift an IPL trophy despite being part of the tournament since its inception. In the year 2020, it reached the playoffs stage after 2016 and it seems that they have started the 2021 edition on a good note. They played their first match against MI and bagged the clash by two wickets. AB de Villiers starred once again for his team as he smashed 48 of 27 balls. Glenn Maxwell also added 39 runs from his end to help the team.

Harshal Patel turned out to be the best bowler from their lot as he bagged a classy fifer. In fact, he became the first bowler to clinch a five-wicket-haul against Mumbai Indians. Chris Lynn from Mumbai added 49 runs from his end to assist his team. Though Mumbai Indians have a record of losing their first match of the season, what they do towards the end is a well-known fact. It will be a thing to see if MI can bag a hat trick by winning their third consecutive title this year.
