He has pointed that considering the recent victories of the team in the shorter format, India might be tempted to bring back their old jersey.

The former India cricketer predicted that New Zealand’s Tom Latham can be a key player for the side. He highlighted his recent form and predicted that Latham v Ravi Ashwin will be an intriguing contest.

“Tom Latham is going to be key for NZ. He has the game to succeed in the subcontinent. Plays the sweep shot well. Has a hundred in SL, two hundred in UAE vs Pak, and got three fifties last time NZ was here.  Ashwin v Latham is going to be a cracking contest. #INDvNZ,” he tweeted.
