It is hard to think of a modern day dream batting line-up without David Warner. The Aussie opener has excelled in every format. While many thought his style of play was suited for limited-overs cricket, he proved everyone wrong by showing his worth in the longest format of the game.

With 43 centuries in 355 innings, Warner manages to score a hundred every 8.26 innings. He has 24 Test hundreds, 18 ODI hundreds and one T20I century. If this was not enough he also has an average of 44.19 across all International cricket. What this shows is that even when he is not scoring the big hundreds he is chipping in with a lot of good runs.

It comes as no shocker that Australia were missing their star opener while he was serving his ban period along with Steve Smith. He came back strongly and went on to become the second-highest run-getter in the ODI World Cup 2019 with 647 runs, just one run behind Rohit Sharma. He is currently one of the most sought-after openers in world cricket, one who makes runs for fun across all formats.
