'India's Brahmastra is back' - Twitter delighted after Jasprit Bumrah castles Aaron Finch with a perfect yorker
Bumrah's accuracy even led to Finch applauding him.
After being rested in the first T20I, India's pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah made a successful comeback in the second T20I against Australia at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Ground in Nagpur on Friday, Septmeber 23. What made the occasion really special was that the premier pacer executing his yorkers to perfection.
Bumrah who is coming back from a back injury ensured that his picture perfect yorker was way more than good enough to disturb the Australian limited-overs skipper Aaron Finch's timber which ensured that the opening batter's amazing cameo knock came to an end.

This happened on the final ball of the fifth over. Finch who was looking well-set in the middle had hit Bumrah for a four on the first delivery of that over and looked to be in complete control to help the visitors in posting a mammoth total on the board.
Nonetheless, it was Jasprit who had the last laugh and removed the big threat Aaron Finch. Bumrah bowled a fiery yorker right on the blockhole that angled in. The batter failed to get his bat down in time and defend the ball as it hit the leg stump on the full and the home crowd erupted in celebrations.
Meanwhile, the non-striker Matthew Wade thought that the ball had beaten the batter and the keeper, he attempted to run, but stopped midway after finally realizing that his captain has been clean bowled.
Jasprit Bumrah finished with figures of 1/23 from his two overs
Meanwhile, middle-order sensation Matthew Wade yet again showcased a consistent performance on the 22 yards by milking runs in the death overs in the rain truncated contest. He yet again targetted medium-pacer Harshal Patel and hit him for three sixes in the final over.
Meanwhile, Wade's partner Steve Smith was run out on the final ball of the innings as Australia posted a mammoth score of 90/5 after their allotted eight overs. Bumrah was taken apart for 23 runs in his two-over spell but he picked a crucial wicket of Finch that limited the damage.

Much like the water tank in the backyard that a young Don Bradman used for his unique batting practice, you'd think the wall that a young Jasprit Bumrah bowled at to eventually procure the deadliest yorker in the game too will get immortalised eventually #INDvAUS— Bharat Sundaresan (@beastieboy07) September 23, 2022
