Discipline is a cornerstone in order for an individual to be systematic and not be erratic in their approach. Dumping garbage in wastebins is a lesson most of us are taught from our childhood by our parents and teachers. In public gatherings, dustbins are arranged in order for the people to dump trash. However, despite the iterations, the public doesn’t adhere to the same.

An example could be seen during yesterday’s World Cup match between Japan and Colombia in the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. Following the match, the Japanese fans picked up trash at the venue. Even the Senegal fans helped in collecting rubbish from the stands. Japan won the match by 2-1 to open their account in the mega event.

Senegal played the next match versus Poland and brushed their opponents aside by 2-1. Meanwhile, Vinod Kambli, the former Indian cricketer, was highly inspired by the incident.

He took to Twitter and shared a video post the completion of Japan’s match. He captioned the same and wrote- “#FifaWorldCup2018. Japan won the match against Colombia… but the lesson came after the game!!!”

Prior to this, another incident surrounding the same issue sparked. Anushka Sharma spotted a person, sitting inside a car and throwing plastic on the road. The act disgusted her and she severely bashed the perpetrator. Her husband Virat Kohli, who shot the video, posted it on social media applauding his better-half for the commendable job.

After the matter became viral, Arhaan and his mother criticized the couple for their undesired behaviour. The World Environment Day was celebrated on June 5 where several people took to the social media and spread awareness surrounding the same. Narendra Modi, the Honorable Prime Minister of India, has also taken several initiatives to keep our atmosphere pollution-free and the country clean.
