Virat Kohli surely knows how to be brilliant on the field as well as off the field. After managing to shatter records with the willow in hand on the cricketing field, the 32-year-old has now managed to secure a 19th spot in the recently held HopperHQ’s 2021 Instagram Richlist.

Kohli is the only Indian cricketer to feature in the list, which boasts of names Cristiano Ronaldo, WWE and Hollywood superstar Dwayne Johnson, and pop singer Ariana Grande. All the three famous personalities bag the first, second, and third positions respectively.

Apart from Kohli, who makes INR five crore per Instagram post, Bollywood actor Priyanka Chopra too features in the list and occupies the 27th position managing to earn INR three crore per post. The right-handed batter is also is the only Indian to be among the top 20 in the Instagram Richlist.

Apart from the Indian skipper, AB de Villiers, Dale Steyn, and Faf du Plessis too are part of this elite list.

Virat Kohli focuses on the next challenge

After the heartbreak of the World Test Championship (WTC) Final, Kohli got a much-needed break and decided to spend his time with his family in England. Kohli will aim to bring his A-game against hosts England in the upcoming Test series.

With the high-octane Test series scheduled to begin from August 4, the Indian skipper will surely look to get his team off to a winning start in the new WTC cycle, which starts from the same tour.

The skipper knows how important it is to start the series on a good note. With five Tests cramped in just over seven weeks, a win in the first Test will give India a head start going ahead. Although the English conditions will offer seam and swing, Indian batters are well equipped to deal with it. Ajinkya Rahane, Cheteshwar Pujara, and Kohli himself have previously been on the England tours in 2014 and 2018.

The trio will be up against the likes of stars James Anderson, Stuart Broad, Chris Woakes, Mark Wood, and Jofra Archer. Kohli will hope to get his long-awaited century on this tour.
